Basketball Bonanza
Dream Duo called up for U16 Birmingham Rockets
Aseel and Mariah Taybi (Y9) have always been very passionate about sports, particularly basketball. This year they have been attending training at Birmingham Rockets Basketball every Saturday and recently went for trials for their U16s girls team, for which both girls were selected. They are about to embark on a four-week intensive training programme in preparation for the new season which will begin in the Autumn.
We look forward to following their journey and celebrating their future successes as they embark on this exciting journey. Congratulations to you both from everyone at Queensbridge.
