Edulink
Edulink One is Queensbridge Schools chosen parent portal and communication application.
This is the primary method for school to communicate events and activities with parents/carers and for parents/carers to maintain essential contact details and key pupil information (contacts, address, medical needs, consents etc)
It is essential you familiarise yourself with the application, its functionality and ensure all details are accurate at all times.

RECOVER/RESET YOUR EDULINK ACCOUNT
Parents/carers are able to recover their own accounts in the event the password is no longer valid or forgotten.
- On the main Edulink Login page
- Select the RESET LOGIN option (bottom right)
- You will need to provide your contact email address held by the school against your name
Once you have done this you will be sent a reset link. Ensure you check all trash/junk/spam folders.
Note: If your email address has changed please email enquiry@queensbridge.bham.sch.uk and provide your new email address and pupil/s name and date of birth for confirmation purposes. You may be contacted by the school to confirm.
UPDATING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
To maintain your personal details held by the school.
Via your Edulink Homepage menu select the UPDATE INFORMATION icon.
From this screen you are able update your contact information (title, email, telephone and home address). It is important to note this is your information and not your child/s or other parent/carer information.

UPDATING YOUR CHILDS INFORMATION
To maintain your child details held by the school
Via your Edulink Homepage menu select the UPDATE INFORMATION icon.
This screen defaults to the account holders details, It is therefore essential you select the child whose information you intend to update. From here you can maintain/add family and home contacts, dietary needs, medical information, ethnicity/cultural information and parental consents remembering to save any changes for them to be applied.
It may take 24 hours for changes to be applied.

CHANGING ADDRESS (ALL OCCUPANTS)
To maintain your home address details held by the school
Via your Edulink Homepage menu select the UPDATE INFORMATION icon.
Should the entire household move address under the ADDRESSES sub menu select the MOVE icon. Enter your new address details (post code and house number).
Select address from the drop down list. It is essential you amend the OCCUPANTS drop down to include all occupants registered at old address and select DONE remembering to save any changes for them to be applied.
It may take 24 hours for changes to be applied.
In the event the move is not all occupants the change of address will need to be completed individually ie per parent/carer and per child.

ONLINE PROGRESS EVENINGS
Some of the schools progress evenings may be delivered onine via Edulink.
Via your Edulink Homepage menu select the PROGRESS EVENINGS icon.
Available events will be displayed. Select the appropriate event for your child and from the resulting time/teacher grid select your preferred appointment times.
The timings of the event will be electronically managed. You will need to be ready at your appointment times as they cannot be delayed or deferred.
Note: It is recommended you test the camera and microphone on your preferred devices to ensure they are enabled and/or allowed well in advance of the evening.
