 'Aspire' at Queensbridge is our commitment to careers education and the aspiration we have for all of our pupils to fulfil their future dreams beyond school and into the world of work.

The impact of this progress is scrutinised each academic cycle. The school meets the 'Baker Clause' requirements and works to fulfill the Gatsby Benchmarks:

  • A stable careers programme ​
  • Learning from careers and labour market information ​
  • Addressing the needs of each student.
  • Linking curriculum learning to careers.
  • Encounters with employers and employees.
  • Experiences of workplaces.
  • Encounters with further and higher education.
