Silver for the netball superstars of QB
Our Y7 & 8 Netball Team won SILVER at the Birmingham School Games tournament tonight.
Our girls were amazing and all played incredibly well throughout. We played four games; the first two against KESH then Christ Church and finally University of Birmingham.
We lost our first game to KESH 'A' team by just 1 goal, but then we geared up for our second game versus KESH 'B' team. WE WON!!
The team then took on Christ Church and the team eased to victory with a 9-1 win, and then we ended with a close game against UoB but managed to squeeze out a much needed victory to bring us into 2nd place. This is the first time we have won a silver medal in netball since before Covid. Well done to our super teams.
