Rising Star Nets Success

Lucy Thomas (Y7) one of our younger netballers, has had a lot of success this year. Lucy has been selected for the U13 County Development netball squad and has played her club netball at Sparkhill where she has enjoyed training and playing. 

Lucy has also been part of netball at Queensbridge and has played in our Y9 team who won bronze in Division 2 of the Kings Norton Netball league. Most recently Lucy was part of the Y7 & 8 team who won silver at the Birmingham School Games.

In the future, Lucy has chosen to move club and has secured a place at Ryland netball in their U13 A team. In addition, Lucy has successfully trialled for the Birmingham Panthers Emerging Talent Player programme.
