Word Play Festival

We were delighted to work alongside local bookshop, How Brave is the Wren, on their first ‘Word Play Festival’. We welcomed Hiba Noor Khan, Kathleen Glasgow and Gita Ralleigh to school, where they delivered inspiring talks about their latest novels. Pupils were thrilled to have the opportunity to hear them talk and to meet them for book signings and advice about getting into writing during break and lunchtimes. We can’t wait to work with our local bookshop again in the future to bring more best-selling authors in.
